All the Terms & Conditions (T & C ) given below will form the basis of a contractual relationship between Era Tours & Travels and its clients. It is therefore most important for the guest to go through these T & C, understand them fully & seek clarifications, if any from us. If need be, copy of these T &C can be downloaded or printed for the benefit of the client.
All quotes are only in the nature of proposals & not considered confirmed until itineraries & offer approved in writing by the client as also guaranteed by way of advance & adherence to terms & conditions laid down below. If proposed booking cannot be made due to unavoidable reasons, you will be offered alternates to choose & confirm in writing. Once payment has been deposited by the guest, it is implied that he/she has accepted the T & C.
Advance Payment – Within the given time frame, a deposit of 25% of the total invoice will be required (unless agreed otherwise in specific cases after due consideration) to proceed with the reservations and send you a status report.
Balance payment- The balance payment can be made by remittance or upon arrival in India (unless specified otherwise, in a specific case).
Modalities of payment- All payments can be made valid verifiable Visa, Master Card or American Express via our Secure Server or via Online Transfer (NEFT- up to INR 02 Lakhs/ RTGS- more than INR 02 Lakhs) to our bank account (details will be provided upon knowing your choice to pay by Online Transfer). Upon arrival in India payment can be made either by USD Cash or travellers cheques or CC/ Db Card.
Amendment – Kindly try to firm up your plan before forwarding advance. Era Tours will try to accommodate your request to the extent possible. However, the changes will be subject to certain amendment / administration charges.
Cancellation and Refund - Cancellation must be notified in writing to Era Tours & Travels. The Hotel cut offs given to us will apply & any cut offs/ retention charges offered by the hotel while giving us special rates for the guests will also apply.In addition, the following charges will apply:-
Complaints and ClaimsShould you feel dissatisfied with any service Era Tours & Travels has provided, please notify us immediately or else to our representative to avoid the problems happening again during your trip. In the event of a complaint or claim for compensation, you must inform us by email or regular mail in writing within 10 days from the end of your tour. Relevant receipts and substantiating evidence must be attached to the letter of claim. Era Tours & Travels will not be liable for any claims made later than 10 days after the completion of your tour.

Era Tours & Travels shall not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage to person, property due to force majeure, which may arise due to climatic conditions, sea, fire, breakdown of machinery or equipment, acts of government or other authorities, wars whether or not declared, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, epidemics, quarantines, medical or customs regulations, terrorist activities, or any other actions, omissions or conditions beyond Era Tours & Travels' control. Neither Era Tours & Travels nor any of its affiliates or subsidiaries shall be or become liable or responsible for any additional expenses of liability sustained or incurred by the tour member as a result of any of the aforementioned causes.
